We began operations as an independent trust company in 1945. We handle testamentary trusts created by will; inter-vivos trusts created during one's lifetime, supplemental needs and special needs trusts, short term trusts, set up for 10 or more years and perfect for your child's college expenses, and guardianship accounts. We also handle pension, profit sharing and charitable trusts.
A trust can be used for many purposes, including: sheltering income for tax savings; providing for the distribution or protection of your assets in the event of a common disaster affecting you and your spouse; and providing for the distribution of your estate outside of probate.
Probate & Estate Administration
We offer the best advice available to enable one to save in connection with the probate of an estate. Our services include having one of our staff attorneys draft or revise your will; periodic updating, and administrating the will in the event of death. By law, surety bonds are never required when we handle the estate.
