MSTC is on the United States Treasury List of approved sureties with an underwriting capacity of $152,000. We also have the capacity to write bonds up to $1,000,000 through other agents, co-sureties and reinsurance carriers. Our agents may write judicial or probate bonds using our pre-executed bond pads or obtain electronic court bonds through our website.
